Kenora Rowing Club is open only to members who are cleared to row singles without supervision. All members who are cleared MUST follow the strict protocols below. Failure to comply with these protocols may result in temporary revocation of access rights to the boathouse.

UPDATE ON PROGRAMS:
Juniors and inexperienced adult members are NOT permitted to row at this time. Club programming requiring coaching will be permitted only after Ontario enters Phase 1 of the “Roadmap to Reopening”.

This year August 23-24,2019 the Kenora Rowing Club will be hosting the 116th NWIRA Championships at Rabbit Lake. This event is the culminating club championships for Northwest Ontario, Manitoba, Saskatchewan, and Minnesota. Racing will happen between 7:30 am – 5 pm both days, weather permitting.
Kenora has been recognized within the North West International Rowing Association as the premiere venue for our Championship regatta. Thus you will see this event frequently in the future on the shores of Rabbit Lake!

Father’s Day weekend will be a busy time at the Kenora Rowing Club.
Sunday, June 16, 2019 is the Mantario Rowdown, an informal junior and novice day of racing. The race day package will be distributed to club coaches, registration will be on Regatta Central and if you have any questions, contact KRC at [email protected] for details. There will be a BBQ at the end of the day, included in the entry fee.
